VIP Fast-Track Departure Service with Lounge Access
Our friendly hostess will meet and greet you at a location agreed in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a company logo. They will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter where a fast pass voucher is included. This will speed up your exit from Thailand without any delays. If required they will also escort you to the VAT refund centre. After escorting you to the lounge, here they will leave you so you can enjoy the facilities until you board your flight. Chiang Mai Lounge VIP Lounge with comfortable seating, complemented with light refreshment, fresh fruit and non-alcoholic drinks. To release the stress on long flights, our VIP Lounge is also equipped with Massage chairs. Internet Wi-Fi connection, newspapers and magazines in various languages are also available to all VIP Lounge Guests. Maximum 2 hours use of the lounge.

Know before you book
- Children 1 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
- The VIP fast-track includes meet-and-greet service at the skywalk and Premium Immigration Lane service at the airport. It does not include transport to your city hotel. You must book a transfer to your desired destination in addition to this service.
- Visa on Arrival is not included in this service. If you are a national of the following countries: Andorra, Bulgaria, Bhutan, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan, you must pay a visa fee of THB 1,000 (subject to change) upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint.
