This experience begins among nearly 30-year-old vineyards, where the pebble-strewn soil and the legends of the Court of Castile come together beneath your feet.

Accompanied by our team, you will discover the language of the vine in full budbreak. We will reveal to you the secrets of pruning and our commitment to sustainable “green pruning.” But the true highlight of the visit is a secret: after a short walk between the rows, you will come across a table hidden among the vines, where you will enjoy a surprise tasting of our Pandora Organic Verdejo and an starter.

The journey continues in our winery, where you will learn about the precision of the nighttime harvest and the care with which we transform the grapes. To round it off, we will enjoy a guided tasting of three selected wines, paired with the richness of Iberian cured meats and authentic local sheep's milk cheese.
