With the guidance of qualified instructors, you will learn the basics of the sport in a privileged setting, known for its gentle waves and ideal conditions for beginners.

What to expect:

• Meeting point: At the park, we'll start by putting on our wetsuits, grabbing our surfboards and walking together to the beach.
• Step-by-step lesson: includes technical and safety instruction, a warm-up, a theoretical session, and plenty of practice time in the water.
• Small groups or private lessons, maximum 6 participants: ensure personalised attention, comfort and a relaxed learning environment.
• Practice on the beach and in the water: first learn on the sand and then take on the waves with the constant support of your instructor.
• Session recording: when conditions allow, the instructor takes photos or videos of your best waves as a keepsake.
• Waves: The southern coast of the Algarve usually has small waves and weak currents, making it a safe place for lessons, ideal for developing technique, and more fun.
• Softboards: provide safety and progressive learning.
• Family and friends can watch: family members can comfortably follow the class from the beach.
• Duration: approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
