At the weekends the tours are starting from entrance B3, located on the South-Western side of the building, from street Calea 13 Septembrie 1-3. Pass by the security point/gate located at the exterior wall surrounding the building. Walk through the inner court and the parking area. Inside the building, on the coffee shop area, you will find our representative wearing a CT&T badge and will accompany you to the passports control after validating your tickets, 15 min before the tour starts. 它過去被稱為“共和國之家”，後來被稱為“波波魯魯伊之家”，但不是為人民服務的，它是共產主義時代的主要像徵，旨在容納各部會、共產黨辦公室或高級官員的臨時公寓。考慮到地震的高風險，它於 1984 年開始在該市最安全的地方建造，共有 9 層和地下 4 層。
