What you can expect

We will first talk about the origin of this recipe, which is very old and dates back to the 16th century, then, before proceeding? We will wash our hands and analyse the ingredients together!

Our gnocchi are traditionally cooked in the oven to obtain a crunchy and tasty crust: how delicious!
