Know before you book

What you can expect

Once you land your personal assistant meets you and guides you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Premium Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall. This service makes your arrival in Bangkok as stress-free as possible.

Arrival Fast Track
Once you land, your personal assistant meets you at the aircraft exit and guides you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Premium Lane and to the arrivals exit. Your guide will assist you with your luggage.

Departure Fast Track
Our friendly hostess will meet and greet you at a location agreed in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a company logo. They will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter where a fast pass voucher is included. This will speed up your exit from Thailand without any delays. If required they will also escort you to the VAT refund centre. After escorting you past fast track and immigration, they will show you to your gate.
