The tour guide was great. We had to wait more than 2 hours for the lift as we were told that there was an issue with the door closing. Following the long wait we were escorted to the other lift. Even here the lift did not work and we were told that we had 2 options: a. Take the stairs or go home. We left the area and returned back once we saw the lift being testes and moving. We were at last allowed to use the lift and get the experience.

Worst guide & tour company I have ever experienced. First you have to meet at their office then walk as a group to the Effiel Tower, no washroom facilities at location. They were running behind and were very rude to us when we arrived, basically yelled at us to come back in 5-10 minutes, then at guide split out group up going going through security, 7 if were instructed to go in a different line to get through faster and he went one without us. My husband then assisted the group if seven, as of guide left us. At no time were we given any information or any information about the Eiffel Tower, in fact the word Eiffel Tower once not once even said. Once my husband got the 7 people through of 2nd security point he was never seen again. It was a fend for yourself.

Out tour guide, Catalina, was great. Got us through the lines and up to the second floor of the tower. Then provided a brief overview of the construction and history of the tower that she turned into an interactive game. Would highly recommend her as a guide to anyone looking to book this tour. Additionally the views from the second floor were great.
