Overview

Together we will meet the Piedmontese tradition seen from Tuscany. Together we will create and taste excellent fresh pasta recipes with all the typical condiments. Together we will prepare the Piedmontese tajarin, the ravioli del plin and the pici di Siena. Under my guidance, you will prepare all types of pasta, learning the secrets of the best sauces for your fresh pasta recipes. The wines are selected by us from the best small local producers.
