It was an easy way to get to Capri and get an island tour without having to book separate ferries. This was very unorganized. The tour guide was late to the meeting point and seemed to be rushed trying to explain various options. The reminder we received said the meeting point was at 7:20 and leaving at 7:30. We left after 8:00. The Get Your Guide app was supposed to contain the tickets but there were paper tickets everywhere - For the ferry and back and the island tour. Isn’t there a better way to do this? Once on the island, we got another pitch for a bus deal. It would have been better to do this ahead of time instead of after landing.

we made the most of our day but could have just planned the trip ourselves. the guide did not give any information about the island or the day. he was 10 minutes late to meet up point and all he did was give us tickets to the ferry and a boat ticket to the blue grotto. I could have purchased these myself. I feel like it was not good value for money as we didn't get any additional information/tips for the day and did not see the guide once we got dropped off on capri.

Absolute scam! Do not book this tour. We paid £128 for the tour that included the Blue Grotto, Every ticket that the email and app showed were titled Trip to Capri with Blue Grotto, and we were not allowed on the boat. The tour guide said this trip was not included. From the start, experience was frustrating, guide arrived 40 minutes late leaving everyone anxious whether anyone would show up. Other firms had to help and tell us where to wait, when they did show up they had no sign or marking like every other group, and when taking register they missed several people in the group who had to ask if they were part of this tour We paid £128 for a ferry trip which we could have booked for €40. When we questioned guide said they were not interested in what our ticket said. Despite one on the ferry agreeing we had this This was a spoiled day, especially since it was my husband’s 40th birthday. We left in tears and had to book a ferry back because we didn’t want to stay on the Island. AVOID

Because of bad communication we missend our trip. In contact with the guide there was no time to wait for us aldough the bus passend us when we were running to the meeting point. Also was there no proposition for a refund. We booked several excursions. The others went wel. In the conformation of the Booking there was only a number and not the exact details of the excursion so it was not clean to us which excursion was meant.

An Excellent Day – Great Value for Money! Our tour to Capri with HP Travel was absolutely fantastic and truly worth every cent. As many know, Capri can be quite expensive, but our wonderful guide Sofia made sure we got the best possible value for our day. She was amazing—so knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. Thanks to Sofia, we were able to skip the long lines for the Blue Grotto, which was an unforgettable experience. She also arranged full-day public transport passes and tickets for the chairlift to Monte Solaro, all in advance, so we didn't have to waste time queuing. Her organization and dedication really made our day smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Capri without the stress—especially with Sofia as your guide!
