Be aware that this is a VOUCHER only. You will not be able to download it to your device as the promo video shows. I wasted a whole afternoon driving around in a town I am not familiar with in search of an actual card. One place did not have any actual card - they ran out. Needless to say it was a big dissapointmnet. Im sure once I am able to actually get a card the attractions will be great!

This was not worth it at all. We were not able to get any of the 3 attractions redeemed due to Expedia not listing the right addresses to redeem them at. I called customer service and was sent to 3 different places that denied to give us the cards. Overall it took 2 days of our trip to get the cards. At the time we had the cards it was our last day in MIA so we were only able to get in to the B bus tour by the city, that took the whole day. Try to find out what is the closest address from your hotel to pick up your cards, and get them first thing. If you do it the first day there It will give you enough time to redeemed them. Also consider renting a car because most of the routes on B bus do not take you to all the attractions.

Unclear that it was required to redeem voucher before you can reserve, as we tried to reserve and was told we needed a twelve digit code rather than a ten digit code (which was what was on the Expedia voucher). Then we tried to call the location for the Miami beach redemption location and they told us they were no longer a redemption location. The other two locations are in sawgrass and key west which are hours away from Miami beach. At this point we were very frustrated, So we called expedia customer service for a refund and they redirected me to south Florida explorer customer service, who told me that Expedia is the one that charges us and can refund us. They also told us the other two redemption locations in Miami beach that were not listed on the Expedia voucher. We decided to just go redeem at the One of them but when we got there, they only had the go Miami passes, not the explorer passes. So we had to go and drive another thirty minutes to the other location where we were redirected to many different places until we finally were able to redeem it. The misinformation and communication between Expedia, south Florida explorer, and its vendors need to be improved. It wasted half a day of hours driving around and figuring out exactly where to get our passes in order to reserve for attractions. Thank you.
