Do you want to feel reassured that you will indeed receive a second chance to possibly see a whale? Sure, but you will have to spend many hours convincing staff to send you at least an email confirming that a voucher is coming. Do you receive that email? Sure, but in that email there's mention that a voucher is coming but even if it doesn't, the email would still be valid to redeem. Still No voucher. Do I trust that we will actually be able to redeem this voucher with an email as proof? I'm not sure. And also, you have to pay $16 pp for a conservative free when you redeem a 'free' voucher. So in the end you are penalized despite spending $700 for a family of four to potential see a whale. It's not about not seeing a whale, that's no one's fault. But decent Customer Service? We enjoyed the tour very much!. We enjoyed information given about shore birds, sea lions. seals, Orcas, and Humpback whales. Even though we did not see Orcas on this tour, we saw a Humpback's tail flukes and air blow before it rolled.
