Great place to visit in Berlin, store with some Hard Rock merchandise and the restaurant itself, the food is pretty good, although with the Expedia packages the options are severely limited. The staff were friendly and frequently offering any assistance although they were not clued up on these Expedia packages and they had to call the office regarding this to validate it which took a while and having a bunch of waiters shouting your name across the restaurant as they figure it out was interesting. My waiter was having his first shift there when I went so I understand he isn't going to be too clued up on procedures as of yet but overall this place is a good add-on to your package holiday/excursion with Expedia and I'm sure will work out cheaper than ordering on the day and a seat reservation is useful during peak times.
