Bow Lake is one of the most beautiful glacier-fed lakes along the world-famous Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park. Surrounded by towering mountain peaks, hanging glaciers, and dramatic alpine scenery, the lake is known for its crystal-clear turquoise water created by glacial melt from the Bow Glacier. Located at an elevation of over 1,900 metres, Bow Lake offers breathtaking panoramic views and incredible photo opportunities throughout the year. Crowfoot Glacier Viewpoint is a spectacular roadside stop located along the Icefields Parkway near Bow Lake in Banff National Park. The viewpoint offers incredible views of the famous Crowfoot Glacier, which hangs dramatically on the side of Crowfoot Mountain.
