Would you like to experience the art of sushi and Kobe beef shabu-shabu in a hands-on cooking class in Kobe?

We’ll begin by uncovering the secrets of Kobe beef—its history, what defines it, and how it’s officially recognised.
Then, change into a traditional happi coat and dive into the cooking session. You’ll learn how to slice fish and shape sushi like a pro. Finally, enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared and savour their incredible flavours.
