What you can expect

  • Beyond tequila lies a universe of flavour: mezcal, sotol, raicilla, bacanora, pox. A privately designed Mexican spirits tasting that reads six distillates through the lens of terroir, denomination of origin, and generations of ancestral technique — not a bar crawl, an education of the palate.

    Available Interpretations:
    • Tequila vs Mezcal — A comparative reading of agave varieties, production methods, and regional identity.
    • The Six Spirits of Mexico — An overview of the country’s principal distillates within their geographic and cultural context.
    • Mezcal Uncovered — A deeper immersion into mezcal, from cultivation to final expression.

This is not just a tasting. It's an immersion into the spirit of Mexico — a reading of terroir, history, and identity.

Includes a guided tasting of 6 Mexican spirits, one dish of your choosing, and a reference booklet to keep exploring.

    Approximate duration: 2 hours
Location: San Miguel de Allende's Historic Centre.
