Stay on Newport Boulevard to Main Street and turn left. We are in the Balboa Pavilion building at 400 Main Street. Parking in the Balboa Pier municipal lot: This large outdoor lot is located on Palm Street. While you are driving down Balboa Boulevard toward our location, you will make a right turn onto Palm Street. Once parked, walk to the base of the pier and turn your back to it. Walk away from the pier straight down Main Street. The activity provider is located in the Balboa Pavilion building next to the Harborside Restaurant and Grand Ballroom. We are located within Davey's Locker Sportfishing & Whale Watching where you need to check in with the office and get a boarding pass to get onto the vessel.

Hard to give stars since we had to turn around at the breakwater, due to high winds. One surge as we turned around, and we were glad to be going back. We had an interesting tour of the rich & famous that lived or are living along the water. Since it was our last day in NB, hope to return with the no expiration tickets.

Lots of fun! The captain and crew were great and went above and beyond. We saw tons of dolphins and got to see a whale towards the end as well

Hello, I would like to make a claim about the last activity I booked which was a total scam and needs to be reported. I booked a « luxury cruise in catamaran » in Newport beach on 31/10/24 at 12:30pm. When we arrived, the staff said we have to go on a huge boat which was not a catamaran at all, was big and suited for 200 pax, and nothing of « luxury » at all. Actually because it’s low season I guess, they put everyone on the same boat, whatever they booked/payed. We told the staff that it’s a scam and they denied it saying « it is the luxury boat » then « the catamaran is unavailable today sorry ». We came all the way from France, and rented a car for the day to go to Newport beach, and this is definitely not the experience we expected. I’m asking for a total refund of 132,70€ (2 pax) as we had such an horrible experience and desillusion with this scam. I attached all the pictures about this huge non-luxury boat. Thank you in advance for your prompt feedback and reimbursement. Aurél
