Spend approximately 2–3 hours bouldering, depending on your energy level, progress, and interest.

Bouldering is a form of rock climbing performed on low-height rocks without the use of ropes or harnesses. Instead, soft crash pads are placed on the ground to reduce the risk of injury in case of a fall.
