At this point located at 4910 metres above sea level, you can see the majesty of the Andes Mountains, with unforgettable views of the volcano Misti, Chachani and Ubinas. Here, you’ll make a short stop to breathe fresh air, take pictures and listen to your guide’s explanation of the area’s geological formation and Andean customs.
Chivay

Chivay is the gateway to the Colca Valley and will surprise you with its picturesque streets, lively square and warmth of its people. Upon arrival, you will taste a delicious buffet lunch that includes local and international dishes. In the afternoon, you can immerse yourself to relax muscles and joints, in natural pools with 38oC waters, known for their therapeutic effects, while enjoying contact with nature. In the evening, you will witness traditional dances and music from the region, presented in a festive and colourful atmosphere.
