活動介紹

在帕爾馬干酪和火腿工廠的私人遊覽中了解一些意大利特色菜的秘密。享受帕爾馬酒店的接送服務，享受無憂無慮的旅行。
遊覽於上午 8:30 開始，此時芝士製作者從牛奶桶中取出芝士。一邊聆聽當地導遊對帕馬森雷吉亞諾歷史的概述，一邊觀看大師們的工作。
接下來，參觀調味/儲藏室，芝士被帶到這裡進行最後階段的生產。遊覽結束時，您可以品嚐一些不同陳年的帕爾馬干酪，並逛逛酒店內的商店，購買當地產品。

之後，前往蘭吉拉諾 (Langhirano) 或費利諾 (Felino) 風景如畫的山丘，那裡是帕爾馬火腿火腿的產地。遊覽首先簡要介紹生產歷史，然後參觀加工新鮮肉類的“冷階段”。

了解如何選擇最好的肉類，並參觀醃製機械和冷藏/靜置室。看看調味室，品味空氣中傳統的火腿香氣。了解“spillatura”以及如何只有最好的火腿才能通過測試並被稱為著名的“帕爾馬皇冠”。
最後，品嚐帕爾馬火腿，搭配一杯當地起泡白葡萄酒 Malvasia。品嚐後，您的導遊將帶您前往酒店或住宿地點。
