Forest swimming is a relaxation practice known in Japan as shinrin-yoku. It involves being calm and quiet among the trees and observing nature to help reduce stress and support wellbeing. This experience combines forest swimming with a Balinese cleansing practice.

Begin with walking meditation, matching your breath to your steps. Walk slowly and silently through the rainforest while connecting with the trees by hugging, touching, and playing with them. Then join a meditation session in the forest and take part in purification rituals called Melukat and Kumkuman.
