Wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you were going to get a hard copy. As a party of 6 we spent half our time with one of us not having a working app in one way or another. 1 actually crashed completely. We wasted time reloading app. We couldn't access it on 1st day due to 'internet' issues - even though app says no internet needed. It kept saying off line reload, even though we had working internet. Then there would be no way of getting onto the app just pictures and not menu screen. So we lost a full day that we'd paid for along with not been able to do a lot of our planned trips due to not been able to access the app at some venues. Sadly as we'd all bought the Cool pass to visit places we'd only took minimal money which we all chipped in so the friend who's app didn't work at all could do a couple of activities with us. We'd planned our days around activities on the app so turning up to places and some of us not been able to get in kinda spoilt the experience in Prague.

The App continuously crashed and we could not use, just a wheel spinning on the middle, the site says you don’t need WiFi but this wasn’t the case, If we went again we would suggest getting a paper copy. We wasted a lot of our valuable time ( party of 6) we all bought one nearly £100 each. One of the party did not even work at all and Get Your Guide couldn’t get hold of anybody at CoolPass to sort us out &!this was in office hours too, we. Did get a refund ( partial) on that card.

The Prague castle was the best unfortunately the pass only gets you half access it doesn’t include everything and also if you’d like to take the hop on off buss it is only a one day pass even if you’d book multiple days for the cool pass and for a reduced price. It would also be helpful to map out the locations that participate so you can maximize usage

The passes to the museums etc are good value but the sight seeing boat trip was very poor and less than an hour while the romantic Prague Venice boat trip wasn’t even available… The two main attractions we booked this for were such a let down!

Very easy to use, once you have the QR codes. I had downloaded the “Get your guide “ app, set up an account and purchased a package for Prague. What I hadn’t realised is that you needed to download a Prague specific app. I do not think that is made clear during the purchasing process. I wasted a couple of hours trying to understand why I didn’t have a QR code, even though the get your guide app showed that I had indeed made a purchase, which was annoying. Once this had been done the app worked seamlessly and I enjoyed the simplicity of not having to book at many different businesses.

Generally good, but the Hop On Hop Off Bus was terrible. Did NOT run on schedule. We wasted time waiting for it. AND the audio narration was worthless. Mostly just dead air or music. We would have been better off getting a public transportation pass and going to the other sites on the Cool Pass. My suggestion to anyone getting this pass: It's a good value overall, but do NOT chose the Hop On, Hop Off Bus over the other city bus tour in the Cool Pass (you get to chose only ONE of the two bus tours).

The CoolPass was a great purchase sepcially that prague is very walkable, I was able to explore the city without worry. It was also a great resource for all the attractions and their locations. Of course, you won't be able to visit every single one, however it was definitely worth it. The castle ticket for example is for 2 days, so you can even use it the next day and free the first day to single day attractions like the museums and the zoo then maybe end with the lovely river cruise under Charles bridge.
