Catch a ride with your guide in a private car from your hotel or head to a meeting point in the village to get set up with a rugged mountain bike and a comfortable helmet. Fill up your water bottle before taking off towards the Valley Trail, a 25-mile (40-km) circuit that passes by the shores of Alta Lake and Green Lake.
