What you can expect

  • We'll make pasta from scratch together, show you three different pasta shapes. I'll show you how to make focaccia, and you'll taste it before the pasta as an starter, accompanied by mortadella and local provolone. Enjoy our family atmosphere in our beautiful villa in the town of Polignano,with a garden just few steps from the Polignano coast and a beautiful sea view just a few steps away. We're just 10 minutes from the centre. It will be a wonderful experience, and above all, you'll take home a wonderful memory that you can repeat whenever you want. Because you'll learn authentic recipes that will remind you of our land even in your own kitchen when you try to repeat them.
