What you can expect

The Tistarelli oil mill is a historic artisan business that has always been dedicated to the production of the best extra virgin olive oil. The company was founded in 1968 and today it is Fausta and Fausto, the founders' children, who carry it forward, respecting tradition with a keen eye on innovation to guarantee product quality and respect for the work of all the olive growers of the Tuscan hills.
By visiting the Tistarelli oil mill and tasting its extra virgin olive oils you will have the opportunity to learn about their work and that of the passionate olive growers of the wonderful Sienese hills.

During the visit you will learn about the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (from harvesting to pressing and use in the kitchen and at the table) and you will taste the Tistarelli Extra Virgin Olive Oils, learning to understand their particularities and differences.
After the guided tour and oil tasting you can enjoy some bruschetta accompanied by a good glass of wine.
