What we like about these tours is the English narrating given with head phones (if the recording is in sink with the route) Our 1st route was not in sink. What you need to improve: The directions you give on where to get your tickets. The name of the Tour Group operating as “hop on hop off” bus tours needs to be on the ticket. We could not find our tour bus because it does not operate as “hop on hop off” in Shanghai. This title is not written on signs (bus stops) nor on the buses. We asked a number of people working for what appeared to be opposition Bus Tour groups; if they knew where this “hop on hop off” bus leaves from and no one knew. In the end we found that the people we asked where the ones we had tickets for. They also didn’t think it was their ticket. It would have saved a lot of time and energy if the emails or tickets mentioned; please note: Your local bus tour “Operates under the Bus Tour name …….”

Poor coordination of schedule, we were left waiting at one stop with the bus switched off for more than 30 minutes. When changing lines we needed to wait another 25 minutes. Intervals of 30 minutes between rounds are not respected. The audio commentary is also at least 15 years old, likely from 2009 when it still references the areas for the world expo. Disappointing, don’t recommend this.
