Once the tallest building in Shanghai, the Oriental Pearl Tower remains one of the most recognisable skyscrapers in Pudong, part of the skyline visible from The Bund. The sci-fi-esque 1,535-foot (468-meter) tower houses observation platforms, a glass-bottomed walkway, rotating restaurant, as well as the Shanghai History Museum in its basement. The Oriental Pearl Tower’s facade is impossible to miss during a Shanghai visit. Then, We will walk into the Oriental Pearl Tower, learn Shanghai’s history in the Municipal History Museum which is located in the tower's pedestal, take an lift up to glass-bottomed sightseeing floor and see the views from the observation decks. Mu'en Church

Mu'en Church is located on Xizang Zhong Lu, in the middle of department stores right across from People's Square. It was formerly named the Moore Church to memorize the great American donator Moore. The church was a new gothic church designed by a European architect - Laszlo Hudec. It features a brick-and-wood structure. It has a big lobby, and the central part is the main body of the church. The rectangle pillars in the hall, the balusters in the balcony and the bema are covered with artificial stones. The concrete ribbed vault can be seen inside the church. Then, we will walk around Nanjing Road, exploring surrounding communities and the thinnest building

Nanjing Road is considered to be the 'No. 1 commercial street in China', which has been a landmark for this city for a long time. Along its 5.5 kilometres, you will find over 600 shops that on average are visited by some 1.7 million people each day. Here, you can purchase everything wanted, spanning from special and cheap souvenirs to the luxurious world famous brands. You can also visit the surrounding areas and the thinnest building. The thinnest in Ningbo Road is known as Paper Building(纸片楼). The building was once reported by British Daily Post, stated as perhaps the world's flattest and thinnest building. Standing in the front of the the building at 30°it just looks like a piece of paper. The old house had four floors, not all that thin; it takes the shape of triangular polygon. This novel and strange building still has a large number of residents. Then, we will transfer to Yuyuan Old Street and experience the original Shanghai lifestyle.
