與您的教練會面，穿上合適的皮疹襯衫或潛水衣，然後登船前往海灘。以安全簡報和基本說明開始您的 2 小時課程。

當每個人都在齊腰深的水中抓住了前幾波後，您將回到沙灘上以獲得有關站立程序的更詳細說明。剩下的課程將在水中度過，教練會幫助每個人站起來。
