Discover the traditions and flavours that define Albanian cooking, rooted in local culture and seasonal ingredients. As you cook, enjoy great company and sip on homemade wine or raki, all crafted by your hosts using organic ingredients from their garden.

You’ll also make Lakror, Albania’s beloved version of Byrek, entirely from scratch. The experience highlights fresh, locally sourced herbs and vegetables, as well as traditional techniques passed down over generations.

Once everything’s ready, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, along with local starters and homemade desserts for a true taste of Albanian hospitality.
