What you can expect

  • Enjoy an authentic experience in the Val di Chiana by taking part in a traditional Tuscan cooking class. Work alongside our chef and discover the secrets of traditional recipes, from fresh handmade pasta—such as pici all'aglione and tagliatelle al ragù—to classic main courses like roast and Chianina peposo, and even irresistible desserts like cantucci and tiramisu.

    During the class, you will learn how to roll out pasta, select the best ingredients and prepare some of the most iconic dishes of Tuscan cuisine. The chef will guide you step by step in preparing a first course, a sauce, a main course and a dessert.

    At the end of the activity, we will enjoy all the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by a welcome glass of wine. You'll also receive a recipe book with all the dishes prepared during the day, so you can recreate the authentic flavours at home.
