What you can expect

Learn the secrets of the authentic paella Valenciana from a professional local chef in a warm and welcoming Valencian kitchen. Work with local ingredients and try your hand at preparing your own delicious traditional dinner.
In the kitchen, your chef will teach you the best kept secrets of paella. As you are introduced to the local ingredients that will go into your meal, learn how to properly the ingredients, including the different varieties of rice and cooking techniques to ensure a perfect paella.

As you work under the supervision of the chef enjoy some delicious Mediterranean starters and cheers with the traditional sangria. Once your paella is cooked sit down and enjoy a three course meal. After the class you will have a new delicious recipe to share with friends and family.
