It would be better to get the tickets by internet. Pico up the tickets there was not good, because we lose time. Some atractions were not included like haus of meers and Mozart haus. We always buy those pass.

It was a really enjoyable experience in Vienna and with Vienna pass we visited very nice places. They also provided us with a guide book which helped us to visit the museums and attractions which we really enjoyed.

I bought the 3 day pass with hop on hop off bus. It’s not worth it as I was not able to see a lot of sights in 3 days. I enjoyed the sites I visited such as the Schonbrunn palace, the Zoo, Belvedere, Opera house, the National Library, Albertina and Sisi museum that I did not have enough time to visit other attractions or use the hop on hop off bus in 3 days. At the Schonbrunn palace I had to pay extra 10 Euro to view more apartments as the pass only include four. In totality I believe I overpaid.

The 2 day pass was perfect for first timers in Vienna! The first day we took the yellow line to the palace and also the carriage museum. Day two we took the blue line to the United Nations for a tour, then back to a couple of museums. It was after Jan 6, so no crowds!

It offered a different way to get around. Stopped running too early which limited how much you could see in a day. Many attractions were fully booked. The bus ventilation wasn’t sufficient and the windows were all foggy obstructing the view.

We are family of 4 , we both the tickets for 30and 31-12 , busy time of the year , we went to pick up the tickets from the check point , ( after all be paid ), they said that at least 4 ( SISI , Belvedere , Opera of Viena ) of the museums are fully booked , we couldn't cancel ! The museums that we visit we could pay separate and would've be better deal !! Make sure you make reservations few days before !!

Bus ride was good. Leopold Museum was nice. Visit to Schonnfrun was disappointing. I was given an entry slot two hours later and the ticket only included a couple of rooms. I was very disappointed.

I would not buy it again. It is okay if you want to see more classical musseums and attractions. All new, interactive and fun museums are not included. We had to pay everything extra. Also hop on-hop of buses drive just til 4 or 5 pm which is to short as the most of the museums close at 6 pm or later. So, you need additional transport (metro).
