Know before you book

    • Lap children 3 and younger are complimentary, provided they sit on a parent's lap.
    • Recommended time for this activity is 5 to 8 hours, including transport time.
    • Wheelchairs, strollers, and lockers are available for rent.
    • Return or One Way transport from select Waikiki hotels. You will arrange your exact shuttle pickup time directly with the local tour operator after booking.
    • Pickup is either between 9:00 AMā€“9:30 AM or 10:00 AMā€“10:30 AM depending on departure selected. You will arrange your exact tour departure time directly with the local tour operator after booking.
    • If your hotel is not in Waikiki, you will be responsible to arrange transport to a central pickup point in Waikiki for the start of your tour.
    • For return bookings, upon arrival to Waikele Premium Outlets, please select your departure time from the outlet mall (2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM) at the Roberts Hawaii kiosk.
    • Due to limited availability, please notify the tour operator at least 48 hrs in advance if you will be travelling with a wheelchair. For electric wheelchairs or scooters, the combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs, the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 in.
    • Roberts Hawaii will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveller.

Then, returning to Waikiki is even easier with our wonderful drivers picking you and your shopping treasures up kerbside.
