「On my arrival at the hotel, when I realized that I booked a different kind of room than I expected, the manager willingly upgraded it without any charge. All the staff were very kind and helpful with nice smiles. It was very comfortable stay with quietness and a nice sea view right through the windows of the room. Also I could enjoy all the local food around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again some time later.」

「The receptionist doesn't speak English that well so it's so hard for us to ask for information regarding the island. The hotel doesn't offer many tours to go other parts of the island and if they do, they would be expensive. The location is bad as it's too far from the city. The room looks quite old. 「This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. When u enter the hotel lobby or the room it may look deceiving. It quite clean but. 1. Shower tap spoils, toilet door spoils, cannot lock or close thoroughly 2.
