「Polite and nice people at the reception. Love the place where we can have hot drinks for free and sit down and chat. But the room card was not working well sometimes.」

「This hotel is close to the main market square. There is also a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Everything is good except that it is a really small room. It is hard to open a big suitcase.」

「The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan. The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. 」

「The staff are fantastic. However, the room was small, no coffee or tea in rooms although there is a machine in the hall by the main door - not convenientat all. No water glass, no shampoo or conditioner. Just really basic. There is a fridge but it was turned off on arrival and take several hours to cool. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable.」
