「除了地點不方便之外，其他都很棒。Kiids Club的工作人員很盡責、前台人員也很棒～ 如果可以增加18:00以後的接駁車，就更完美了。」

「早餐不錯, 每早有樂師在傍伴奏傳統峇里音樂 床舖舒服, 住在二樓房間需要行樓梯, 但服務員會幫忙把行李送上和送落樓下 因為淋浴間有開放式窗戶, 雖然可以落竹簾, 但有機會有蚊蟲, 和櫃檯反映後加強了電子蚊香裝置, 把問題解決到 酒店步行7分鐘到海灘, 但屬於酒店私人範圍只佔數張沙灘床, 可以放棄 酒店附近一帶有很多餐飲和按摩店, 數分鐘步行距離有中型超市」

「The towel for the pool needs to pay, the room's insulation is not good but ok, breakfast are the same everyday but I'm ok with it, the staffs are friendly and kind, room is clean but still has a little dust, the wooden floor by the pool side has some sharp things and I was hurt」

「Kamar luas, terdapat sofa, 2 AC di Kamar, Smart TV, Nilai plusnya adalah bed+pillow nya sangat nyaman, saya tidur dengan pulas selama 2 malam stay disini. We recommend to choose rejuvenate package (stay+massage 1 hour for 2 pax), really worth it.」

「房间比较潮，床头有味道，其他总体良好。每天早餐都会有不同特色菜轮换，免费自行车，这两点印象比较深刻。有泳池，不想去海边时也可以游水。健身房基本只能作为摆设。」

「Satisfied with this design hotel - modern, spacious, comfortable and clean room with interior local artworks on the wall. Rooftop swimming pool and bar were nice, but the ocean view in front of the swimming pool was disappearing by another constructing hotel buildings. The breakfast and lunch was nice too.」

「The hotel room is not bad, especially the studio room is much bigger than I imagined. The staff are very friendly and well-mannered. However unlike Kuta, not much night life near Denpasar. There's only one convenience store opposite to the hotel. No place you can go near the hotel.」

「the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry. 」

「A little bit far from Sanur center but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the garden Villa area with private pool which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is acceptable and the towels are not clean enough. All in all, we are satisfied with the price we paid comparing what we got.」

「3rd stay at Akana and it's great that the hotel has actually got better. Breakfast now has more options and a buffet area of cereal, toast and pastries. Proper coffee is also free flowing. Rooms still in VGC. Staff still very friendly and helpful. Great area to stay with heaps of good restaurants close by.」

「比较精致偏商务的酒店，日本客人较多。房间很大，各方面中规中矩，适合去沙努尔潜水的朋友入住，地理位置不算太便利。」

「房內和花園景觀都和照片一樣,房間很大,床也很大,舒適的陽台座位,不過真的是比較老的飯店,浴室不夠乾淨..放備品盤子上有像辣椒醬的污跡..水杯也是黑黑的整圈茶漬都沒洗掉,毛巾有大片棕色污漬這些照片上看不出來,有一個很小的花園泳池很漂亮,但是早上我看到池畔有一隻死老鼠..很驚訝,但飯店很快就處理了.地點很好走路去超市或做spa都相當方便,服務人員很親切 ,幫我們租摩托車和延遲退房到2點,飯店的早餐很不優,種類很少.我認為飯店如果更重視清潔品質的話會加分很多..」

「be careful all the visitors who wanna stay here, the front door of this hotel is controlled by local taxi gang, you'll not allowed to have a grab in front of the lobby but forced to cross the street for it. and the breakfast is not good, maybe a 3.5/ 10 something. 」
