「The location is good that it just nearby the subway and the walking street. Walkable distance to many restaurants and street food, and also the pier for Gulangyu if you coming back from there after 17:40. The room is just okay as it full of cigarette smell. The view is nothing special in the lower floor, but the room is quite big.」

「Both air conditioning units in the first suite was not working, i.e. stuck in heating mode. After unsuccessful attempts to fix it we were promptly shown to another suite. But the second suite was noticeably less clean and suffered from more wear and tear. Overall experience was good and service was impeccable. 」

「Though I was with my wife to spend few days there for rest, I also needed to take care my work. My supplier brought me shoe samples for discussion at lobby table but the staffs, including the general manager were not welcome, told us that this was not proper in this area. I was really upset, and I spent such a high cost staying there and the staffs just thought we were only for leisure fun? I had been staying so many hotels around the world, had never ever being treat me like that?! I am a...

「隔音不好。服务人员很多素质不够。很难相信这是五星级酒店的服务。Room Service给错食物，少给食物，食物与描述不符合。前台犯错，三楼通过健身房服务人员态度很不专业，好像没住过温德姆不知道去健身房的流程很不应该一样。内部沟通有误，半夜错送东西到我房间造成打扰。总之真的非常非常失望。」

「The hotel was pretty new, the staff was nice. There was usually a queue to enter breakfast room especially between 9 and 10. Breakfast was pretty tasty but monotonous. Outside tables were definitely a plus. The swimming pools were clean but few lounge chairs around them in general. I recommend full sea view rooms because some partial sea view rooms have no sea view. In July, 95% of guests were families with children. Usually all outside lights go off around 11pm so hotel seemed pretty lifeless....

「It's only walking distance to the famous Zhong Shan Road, which has many choices of foods and drinks. The view of looking at the Island is also stunning. Staffs are friendly and helpful.」
