「If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! 「You will find that your Expedia reservation nonexistent. After hours stranded in lobby, the hotel offers our rooms at their will. Beware! many basic amenities in room will be charged.」
