「I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get 」

「沙灘泳池都有冰水服務，皇宮內的餐廳服務人員都很棒，都會依照客戶需求滿足，也都會主動詢問用餐的感受，入住之後都是賓至如歸的感受. 門禁方面也很嚴格, 非住戶都會適當的過濾在公共區域, 避免影響住戶.各項設施齊全, 裝潢氣派, 從西到東邊的區域有一公里長, 也在海岸邊設有電動車接駁」

「The service is great, especially the front desk staffs. They offered us a suite room as they asked if this is our 1st time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai & we say yes. The room is super big, with a large balcony facing the swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast is great, yummy with various of choices, worths adding to your package. 」

「Excellent Customer service especially the parking staffs and the restaurant staffs. Nice view of my room , really relaxing and enjoyable in my stay .Breakfast have a lot of choices, even l was stay a week, but l still feel exciting every morning when l have breakfast. Highly recommend if you would like to have the relaxation trip in abu dhabi. 」
