「The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent. The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up. Other than that the place is good and the staff are great. 」

「We kwamen midden in de nacht aan en werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. We voelden ons meteen welkom. We hadden een hele mooie en ruime kamer. Alles was schoon, mooi en comfortabel. We hadden geen ontbijt geboekt omdat we na een lange vlucht wilden slapen. Toen we wakker werden hebben ze speciaal voor ons lekker eten klaargemaakt waar we van genoten. We verbleven 1 nacht en dit was het startpunt van onze rondreis. We hadden graag langer gebleven. Mooi hotel om ook langer te...

「Lovely accommodation at quiet part of Nizwa. We were received very friendly and got some tips of things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early as we used this as a more budget friendly stay for the Jebel Shams balcony walk. Spacious apartment, king bedroom had a ensuite bathroom and the kitchen the necessities i.e. microwave/kettle」

「Gammalt slitet hotell, väldigt enkelt, Trevligt bemötande. Kunde dock inte ta betalt med kort vid incheckningen så det var tut att vi hade kontanter så at det räckte. Väldigt svalt/kallt på rummet. Luftkonditionering var väldigt högljudd. Hjälpte inte med öronproppar. Ser ut som på bilden fast mer slitet. Förstår varför de inte visar bilder på badrummet... Bedrövligt mjuk säng där fjädrarna kändes rakt igenom. Jag sov inte mycket alls på de 2 nätter vi bodde där. Dammigt på rummet. Fick enkel...

「Comfy beds, spacious and clean. Location is easy to find. breakfast was very good and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fathima from the reception gave us a run down of the sites to visit. Go to the coffee shops for their karak tea to warm you in the evening!」

「Great location to explore the Jebel Akhdar plateau. Hotel is a little bit tired but is still pretty good value for money. Friendly staff and licensed restaurant. Water heaters not particularly effective so don't expect a hot shower.」

「Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member .」
