「Shocking smell in rooms. We booked two rooms for two nights, one for ourselves, and one for our daughters. During our stay we each had to change rooms because the sewage smell coming up through the pipes in the bathrooms was overwhelming. 「I haven’t received a king bedroom while I reserved A king bedroom. Also, I have got only one towel, bad service 」

「Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad.」

「Hotel relativamente nuevo en medio de un mercado (souq) de los mas limpios y organizados que he visto en Arabia. Si busca en Google Maps para llegar, nunca lo va a encontrar porque hay un error, dure como 1 hora buscándolo, era de noche y no se parece como se ve en la foto y la ubicación tiene un error. Solo estuve una noche de paso, pero buen lugar para descansar.」
