「Great hotel option for staying in central Alicante, walkable to the centre of the city and also on the beach! Hotel staff were all lovely, so helpful. We upgraded to a room on the level, which was a junior suite as we were a group of 3 adults, this room was brilliant, lots of space, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms - I would definitely recommend. The lounge included in the level has free flowing wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea all day which was great and snacks throughout the day with tapas...

「Vi blev väl mottagna när vi kom , vi kom på fm och receptionisten fixade bilparkeringen och ringde när rummen var klara . Hotellet låg väldigt bra mellan stränderna alldeles vid havet . Dagen vid utcheckningen så fanns möjlgheten att förlänga parkerngen och det fanns bagagedrop med skåp som man fick lägga i en euro och den fick man tillbaka sedan, plus möjlighet att duscha efter att vi checkat ut . Detta hotell kan vi varmt rekomendera .」

「Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. Pool area qnd bars are well staffed apart from need a permanent life guard qnd despite adequate signage parents dont no the qge of there toddlers when no under 16s in jacuzzi tub,...

「What an amazing place. The rooms are super and with gorgeous views from almost all rooms with large balconies. They are comfortable and with a lovely shower. They have a super breakfast with everything you might need. American breakfast with pancakes, English breakfast with hash browns and even fried bread and many options for a continental breakfast ( fruit, croissants, rolls).
