「清靜的地方，都企理乾淨，房間很大，空間感大」

「酒店门前的确在修路，从市区10公里过来的路要开半小时。估计还要修个把月。酒店不大，一共能接待10几个住客，但是该有的都有了。餐饮不是其他大酒店的自助，反倒可以支持随点随做，甚至早餐。使得更有一种家的感觉。泳池的确没有加热，比较冷。我很喜欢花园草坪。可以在黄昏时爬上后面的茶山看日落。风景如画。几个小问题，酒店没有外币兑换，不能安排什么DAY TOUR，晚餐价格比起当地水平贵了一些。是值得推荐的酒店。」

「The hotel is like a small one but very warm. I arrived at 2030 at night and they were already closing the restaurant. When they knew I haven't have dinner yet, they (only the owner and a staff) insisted to make a dinner for me freshly. Although it took them quite a while, their passion and heart to service the guest were really great. I was travelling alone and they stayed until like 10 to make my dinner and waited until I finish before they go.」

The staff are not well trained, and systems are not in place for reasonable performance. Our check-in process was confusing, where they found my name and booking in their system, and then 5 minutes later asked me if I was sure that I booked at Araliya Green Hills. 「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben uns super Auskunft gegeben. Es ist eine schöne ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Garten. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet.」

「酒店在半山腰，没有浴缸，只有淋浴。老板提供了取暖器，屋子里还算舒适。早上起来，阳光洒满整个山头，很是好看。早餐的地方也很幽静。」

「This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!」
