「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「LaCabana resort is beautiful as is Eagle Beach. Would recommend staying here to anyone especially families heading to Aruba . The only thing I wasn’t happy with there was only two hand sanitizer dispensers by the elevator and only on the first floor, should have been on all floors. Also one of the hand sanitizers was empty all week and the other one only gave you a small drop of sanitizer . I reported it to a few different people but nothing was fixed .
