Although the property has a self parking garage, it was quiet some walking for me to check in and get to my hotel room. The resort is spacious and the staff were great.

There was no thorough explanation at check in. The room had dirty sheets/dirty bathroom floor. The family pool wasn’t open. Bobby burger was horrible. The cocktail waitresses didn’t want to work. That was the 3 day 2 night overall experience. I had to go to other casinos for a good time.

Everything is fine until they left some thing on in my car and my car battery died and they can’t help me jump start.

I would recommend going to local bars for better prices on drinks haha. But over I had a fun time there.

It seemed to be very difficult to get ice in that property. I went to 6 floors looking for ice, called the front desk to be told different things and have me run all over the place looking for ice. Each time I called I’d get placed on hold, sent to a voice mail and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I had to speak with the manager and I was told those calls are transferred to a call center. They need to hire better people who know how to speak to others in a professional manner. I was disappointed and disgusted. I will never stay at Harrahs again.
