A good experience in this hotel
There is a welcome gift for my daughter and all the staff are very friendly. Overall the room is big and clean, and all the kitchen facility are very clean. We love this hotel.

It worths the price
The hotel located at CBD but it needs a little bit climbing up to the hill from Queens Street. Reception staff are very helpful and polite. The room is clean. I enjoyed the view every morning. It is strange that the room service collected the used bath rug on the second day but do not replace another one for me.

1. Very steep road 2. The lighting is too dim 3. The bathroom deco is very old, water would spill everywhere after showing. Dust can be seen at the ventilation system

I booked Superior Room, 1 King Bed, but the reception of the hotel provided Junior Room with 1 Queen Bed. Very small room. Bad experience! I reviewed the previous comments from other guests. My experience is not the first, they had the same.

The staff was the best part honestly, so sweet. The front area is a bit packed and stuffed, it's noisy, confusing and overwhelming. The pool was a bit too warm and stuffy but the water temperature was good and the pool was clean, the pool boogie boards and noodles were gross though, black and dirty. Everything was good and would stay again 😊

Pool was great. Service was terrible, like staff weren't trained adequately and systems were not working. Food was great. Check in and check out was a mission. When we arrived there was no record of our booking even though I had a reecord of payment. Took an hour to sort.

Fantastic clean and quiet property with great service and tentative staff, in particular the valat parking team. Rooms are good sized with plenty amenities such as premium tea that enable you to have and try alternative flavors. Great location, however the parking is very steep and does not offer an alternative that is controlled by them

it was nice but for the price, the room was very small, it was quite dark and we could figure out how to turn the lights up and we didn’t have enough time to ask staff. i feel like this room is over priced. staff were lovely!

Room was old and dated Bathroom was extremely old and dated - gym and pool bathrooms were nicer Room very dark and dim Food over priced and not of good quality - can get way cheaper and high quality food down town Fridge was tiny and warm, not cold at all No water provided in the mini bar Pullman call themselves a luxury hotel, this is not a luxury hotel and not worth the money you pay. Staff not very friendly either

This hotel is run down and staff are apathic at best. Our 'Apartment' was old and in need of up grades. Food on property was way below average. I'd never go back.

Great staff and hotel. My only negative is that the walls are paper thin and you are able to hear conversations and taps being used in the next room. Not usually an issue however our neighbours were having a good time until 2am on our last night

Lovely and comfortable stay. Helpful staff. The only things we didn't enjoy so much is that the decor and fixtures are very dated, especially in the bathroom. Also, there no main lights in the room, only lamps which wasn't ideal.

The person checking us in was rude. At the breakfast buffet there weren't enough cups or bowels for all the guests . There didnt appear to be enough staff. The car valet was speeding in my car and other guests had to run out of his way. This experience doesnt give me confidence in ever wanting to hand over my keys. I would never stay here again !

it is a clean hotel but the distance to the main is just 10 minutes by walk but in a steep area.
