「It was terrible experience and had to wait for 1 hour to check in and later the TV did not work. I was told to wait for 10 mins which eventually was 2 hours and when i went down to reception the hotel person had not informed anyone on it and again they had to find alternate room to allocate me. So overall i had to wait for 3+ hours in order to get a proper room.」

「The property failed to reserve a room despite advance booking and payment and yet wanted me to check out ASAP. The room itself was in a dilapidated state.
