room have good view,but poor room service
the hotel have give us the room that is in the corner,it is pretty nice room that have both sea view and city view!But the room service is not that nice as the view,beacause i have call for some water but i have wait so long,they didn't give me .....

Hotel Arts was wonderful. The staff always cordial and professional, rooms and hotel clean and just beautiful, food and drinks in hotel delicious as well. Facilities offered at hotel from pool to spa are exquisites. Will be coming back.

An excellent stay. Brilliant staff and service. Had a small problem on day one with digging outside causing quite a lot of noise but the team responded straight away and found me another room. They also arranged some help with room bill, and as I was checking out a lady came to ask if I was happy that everything had been sorted, and apologies again even though none of it was the fault of the hotel. I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you.

Update Your Computer Systems & Stop Penalizing Us
Hotel Arts got into a cancellation fee dispute with Hotels.com over a date change before I even left America. Neither company could create a work around for their computer systems and the trip never happened. I spent 2 days dealing with both companies repeatedly and neither did the right thing. Think twice about using either company since you are penalized when your child wakes up puking and you cannot board an airplane.

What a perfect stay - we will definitely be recommending it to others who visit Barcelona and hope we are fortunate enough to stay again in the future. Friendly welcoming and caring staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms, fabulous design, amazing pool and we also got incredible massages at the top floor spa. Upon arrival, very welcoming. Everyone kind. Surprised how many staff jumped on the lift while guest were riding. Multiple stops due to this to get to lobby on many occasions. Unusual.
