We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant.」

「From the moment myself, my daughter and mother arrived we totally relaxed, the hotel has a very tranquil feeling, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are professional and friendly. We stayed in the Rokeby Suite which was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the attention to detail with the toiletries and the soft fluffy towels in the bathroom gave the feeling of luxury. 「I love to go sightseeing with my family members and I have stayed in countless hotels. I do not use to write negative feedback but my experience with this hotel is the worst among all, making me to feel that I have to write something. First of all, the receiptionist was impolite and even rude. I was told that there was a charge for the carpark. When I tried to ask the fee for parking, I could not understand why I gave the impression to the receptionist that I did not want to pay the fee. She...

「We stayed for one night in a club room which was very spacious clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the generous freebies too. I was a member of the leisure club since the hotel opened but I haven’t been back for ten years. I did feel not a lot had changed. The decor is dated now but still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The pool facilities are still really lovely, even though I can see in places an update is needed. I would definitely stay again in this busy hotel...
