Before perps when we we’re coming and the follow up after. Infact so much to do in the area. We want to bring the whole family when we do a vacation. That’s how much we enjoyed it. 」

「Our stay was very comfortable. The room was fairly clean but the room needed a little facelift. The bathroom needed updating. This was the second time we stayed at the University Inn and I would stay again.」

Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Easy check in and check out and communication with owner easy. Only complaint was the water in shower and kitchen sink smelled of sulfur. Continued smelling even after running for 5 minutes so basically avoided showering. Amazing stay overall!」

「If you looked up “cozy” in the dictionary, you’d see a picture of this cabin. It’s perfect for one or two people looking to run away from the world for a couple of days. What you miss in the amenities of a hotel, you make up for in privacy and natural beauty. There are cabins on either side of you but your front yard and back yard are wooded mountainsides. We were there in July while the trees were green and I bet it’s even more beautiful in the fall. The cabin was spotless and well-maintained....

「This an old house that needs updating and up to code. They camouflaged portions over existing walls. Live wires were not covered with blank receptacles m(downstairs in closet to the left) There were holes in many places. Especially downstairs bathroom. Caulking were not done correctly. One Recliner chair broken. From down stairs at night you can’t sleep for hearing the water going thru pipes or walls. Oven was filthy and refrigerator smelled like shrimp. Deck was overdue for pressure cleaning....

「We enjoyed it so much! Everything was perfect for our Family Christmas. From the Christmas tree being lit as we pulled in till our departure we really enjoyed out time. Will definitely return again. Probably in 3 years for our newest grandchild coming this January. Cabin was well equipped with all we needed. Very, very clean.」
