讚好:整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Room was great. Concierge was helpful.
The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify).
Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed.
A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.
